SANT'ANGELO IN COLLE – Two apartments in the small village with an exceptional panoramic terrace. We offer these two apartments in good condition in the historic village a few minutes far from Montalcino. Both the apartments were renovated in the early 2000s. The owners' intention is to sell them together. The apartments are on top of each other and if joined together they can become a single townhouse. An extraordinary strong point is the roof terrace from which you can admire the magnificent Tuscan landscape while having lunch or sipping an aperitif with friends. The first apartment, on two levels, has both independent access from the ground floor and from the condominium staircase (the staircase serves the two apartments in question as well as a third apartment) on the first floor. On the ground floor you enter a large living room which has a dedicated bathroom. The upper floor can be reached via the internal staircase, there is a kitchen, a study with fireplace, a bedroom and a bathroom. The upper apartment is on the second floor, which can be reached via the common staircase. You are welcomed into the living room with kitchenette which leads to the bedroom and bathroom.
