PIENZA - Reborn farmhouse near Pienza
In the hills overlooking Pienza, there was an ancient farmhouse. In the 2000s, little more than vestiges remained of that building. The property, with foresight, has recently revived that building, incorporating the ancient forms. The structure is on two floors, completely redone, is in masonry and stone, the floors are in chestnut wood and terracotta tiles of fine workmanship. The building is divided into seven apartments with independent access, each with a large private courtyard. "A" class. You can view Pienza from the windows. A little lake was created to enrich the atmosphere.
